Desai views her career as a way to make visions a reality.
She was attracted to real estate architecture by the “ability to make others’ visions come to life by giving meaningful shape to their surroundings. Architecture is an art that can create lasting feelings on memories and experiences,” she said.
What she is proud of in her career is far more personal — her heritage of representing her immigrant family and Indian culture as a female leader in an industry welcoming the next generation of female designers.
