Harnessing more than twenty years of industry experience and deep relationships throughout the communities we serve, Michelle is focused on defining firmwide strategies around marketing, business development and public relations. Motived by an appreciation of design in all its forms, and a love for her community, Michelle seeks out new opportunities that align with the vision and mission of our studio.
Her work at Schenkel Shultz encompasses the strategic and tactical leadership of project pursuits, cultivating community alliances, fostering positive client relationships, as well as the mentorship and development of the firm’s marketing and communications team. Additionally, as a Partner, Michelle collaborates closely with Schenkel Shultz’s financial, operational and design leadership to participate in overall firm strategy and management.
Michelle is actively engaged across the Central Florida region, serving as a board member of the Orlando Economic Partnership, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando / Osceola County and the Osceola Chamber of Commerce. She is also the past chair of The Central Florida Partnership’s Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC), a member of the Central Florida Partnership’s Leadership Council and the Chair of the Partnership’s Alliance for Regional Transportation.
