Central to our practice is a deep commitment to mentorship and community engagement. Principal Nathalie White, AIA, recently spoke to students in Florida Gulf Coast University’s Construction Management program, led by Dr. Mona Afifi, offering an architect’s perspective on the critical partnership between the design and Construction Managers in project delivery. Her lecture emphasized the vital role of documentation throughout the building lifecycle, illustrating how detailed records safeguard clarity, ensure accountability, and protect the safety of both the construction process and outcome across all typologies. Through this lens, Nathalie reinforced the architect’s responsibility not only to design but to ensure the wellbeing of those who occupy the spaces we create. Her engagement reflects our ongoing dedication to cultivating future leaders and strengthening ties with the broader community.
