Skybridge Terminal and Hangar

Paragon Development

The Skybridge Terminal and Hangar at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport includes nine hangars, each spanning approximately 20,000 square feet and an executive terminal. The hangars serve as the backbone, providing services for aircraft such as business jets, turbo props and helicopters. In addition to the hangars, the project features elevated terminal and GSE/storage hangars as a cohesive complex, marking it as a beacon of refined travel and luxury.

As a hub for passenger services, the contemporary facility incorporates amenities such as a lounge, shops and food and beverage services. Fixed base operations are also supported by a pilot’s lounge, airside controls, resting quarters and administration offices.
A terminal design inspired by the lifestyle of Southeast Florida and the regional tastes of the Miami modernist aesthetic.
