It reflects the pioneering efforts within, harmonizing with its tenants’ expertise in technology, research, education, and collaborative partnerships. The connection between the new office building and the adjacent fabrication lab establishes a mixed-use development concept, creating an inviting ‘spark space’. An open green lawn between the buildings fosters informal gatherings, featuring diverse seating options and areas for respite from the workday. The space frames the future growth of NeoCity to the north, as a masterplan of almost 500 acres.
The fourth-floor interior fit-out focuses on creating an incubator space for global investors and businesses. A multi-purpose board room connects to an outdoor terrace that offers unobstructed views of the future development at NeoCity, emphasizing the long-term vision for the campus.
